When a hurricane threatens, RedRover encourages residents to bring their pets with them when they evacuate. Animals left behind during hurricanes can get injured, fall ill, starve, drown from flooding, die, and hamper human evacuation and rescue efforts.

RedRover Responders update: Arkansas and south-central United States tornado situation

Beginning Monday morning, as the deadly tornadoes struck the regions of the South and Midwest including Arkansas, Oklahoma and Iowa, RedRover Emergency Services Manager Beth Gammie has been reaching out to offer RedRover Responders' support to our partners and animal shelters in the area.
