Did you know RedRover publishes an animal magazine for kids? In 2017, we adopted Kind News™ magazine from the Humane Society of the United States. Since then, we’ve gathered lots of feedback from educators about the magazine and its impact. Just this past May, we surveyed our paper and digital subscribers. We found that 100% of those who completed the survey would recommend Kind News to others! Read on to learn the results of our most recent subscriber survey.
But, that’s not all! We were thrilled to hear the following from teachers:
“Kind News is an exceptional magazine that inspires children to develop empathy and kindness, especially towards animals. Its engaging content and beautiful illustrations captivate young readers while teaching valuable life lessons about compassion and responsibility. A must-have resource for nurturing a kinder, more compassionate generation.”
– Tara Dukanauskas, Third-grade teacher, Oakland Park, Florida
“My second-grade students love to read Kind News magazine. They connect with all the articles about animals and how people are helping them. It allows them to realize ways that they can help animals and make a difference.”
– Heather Stewart, Lake Tapps, Washington
“What a wonderful way to introduce a class to the use of a newspaper to. learn about the world of animals. It is so fun and engaging! In the world of many opinions, the only opinion given in this sweet publication is that humans should learn about the animal world and care for it with an open heart.”
– Jodi Chester, Second-grade teacher, Scottsdale, Arizona
