In 2012, Josh had a “use my powers for good moment” that led to a career dedicated to helping nonprofits fulfill their missions and to the RedRover Board of Directors. Josh works as the Director of Engineering for Fionta where he is responsible for developing technical and strategic visions for their nonprofit clients. He has been on the RedRover Board since 2012 and is now in his second term as Chairman.
Sharron Bradley, Vice Chair
Sharron, a lifelong animal lover from Sacramento, CA, has volunteered for three Northern California rescue groups for many years. She is the longtime CEO of a North American Trade Association with years of experience managing both nonprofit and for profit businesses. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Organizational Development.
Diana Ballew-Raihle, Treasurer
Diana, a lifelong animal lover, has been a RedRover Responder volunteer and donor since 2006. Diana has two decades of Finance experience and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
Kasey Miller, Secretary
Kasey is a passionate animal-welfare advocate from Chicago, Illinois. In addition to being a RedRover Responders volunteer and an On-Call Angel donor, Kasey volunteers for her local animal rescue and welfare organization. Kasey is a Licensed Social Worker and serves as the Vice President of Talent & Engagement for a national non-profit association.
Jeannine Farrelly, Board Director
Jeannine joined RedRover’s Board of Directors in 2012 to support their mission of bringing animals out of crisis and into care. She brings over 10 years of experience in leadership and advocacy positions. She earned her Master’s degree in Public Administration and a certificate in project management.
Donald Garlit, Board Director
Donald was on the RedRover Board from 2005-2011 and just completed a three-year term from 2014 through 2016. He has been Board Chair and Treasurer several times, and deployed as a RedRover Responders volunteer to Kansas after a tornado in 2007. He is involved with several other animal groups both at a hands-on and Board level including being a founding member of the Animal Law Section of the State Bar of Michigan, the first statewide animal law section in the country.
Anna Straus, Board Director
Anna was raised by a generation of animal lovers with a shared passion and commitment to volunteer time, energy and resources to continue the family legacy that is so dear to her heart. Anna has over 15 years of experience in sales, business development and leadership positions with a degree in Business Management and a certification in leadership coaching.
