Our Incredible Community’s Impact

One of my favorite times of the year is our annual meeting in May, when I get to share about the incredible impact we are having as the RedRover community! Our 2025 Annual Meeting last month was no exception! If you didn’t get the chance to join us live, don’t worry, you can view the recording here.
Here are some of the impacts you helped make happen:
- Our RedRover Responders volunteers provided 2,960 volunteer hours and helped 2,541 animals! This included 13 deployments ranging from natural disasters, to domestic violence shelter pet program builds, to our expanding Community Programs work.
- Through our RedRover Relief Urgent Care grants, we provided $157,972 in funding to support the veterinary needs of 553 animals.
- 8,822 safe nights of boarding and $1,105,789 in Safe Housing grant funding were provided to help keep more pets and their people safe and together.
- Just under 300,000 (!) children were reached through our RedRover Readers program and Kind News™ magazine, helping to create a kinder society for generations to come.
Along with these impacts, we also reviewed:
- Another strong financial year for RedRover: $6,411,221 in expenses and $7,234,766 in income (learn more at our Financials page here).
- What we are looking forward to for the rest of 2025: Domestic Violence Awareness Month (October), Giving Tuesday (December 2), and upcoming opportunities for you to connect with and learn from our staff.
- And we might have also let the cat out of the bag on our upcoming virtual storefront! Coming soon, so stay tuned for more!
And, finally, one of our staff said it best:
