Can transportation costs be covered with Safe Housing grant funds?

RedRover will consider assisting with some funds for travel related to client's pets, such as getting the pets to safety, transport to the vet, etc. Funding priority will be given to program costs directly related to building the pet program and caring for animals while they are in the pet program, so we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fund travel. We require that the funds requested be based on a realistic estimate of the animals likely to use your pet program within a year. If choosing to request assistance with travel it should be a minor part of the total budget.
