Our Partners
RedRover is grateful we can help animals and the people who love them because of the generous support of the community. We collaborate with the following organizations to help bring animals from crisis to care and strengthen the bond between people and pets.
Purina and RedRover envision a world where no one is trapped in abuse because they can’t take their whole family with them, including their pets. That's why Purina has partnered with RedRover to create The Purple Leash Project - a grant program that provides funding and resources to convert domestic violence shelters into pet-friendly spaces, so survivors and their pets can escape and heal together.
PetSmart Charities has a mission to make the world a better place for pets by investing in community partners who advocate and care for the well-being of pets and all who love them. PetSmart Charities is the leading funder of animal welfare in the U.S. and Canada. PetSmart Charities powers the 25 by 2025 campaign, a joint project of RedRover and Greater Good Charities’s Rescue Rebuild program, with support from Purina, with the goal of ensuring 25% of domestic violence shelters are pet-friendly by 2025.
Greater Good Charities (GGC) is a 501(c)(3) global nonprofit organization that works to help people, pets, and the planet by mobilizing in response to need and amplifying the good. GGC’s Rescue Rebuild program renovates animal, domestic violence and homeless shelters, and veteran housing. Together, RedRover and Rescue Rebuild support communities in creating “pet housing programs” through the Don’t Forget the Pets (DFTP) project, and our two organizations work together to fund and renovate domestic violence shelters.
Adtalem Global Education Foundation is organized to support charitable, educational and research purposes. The Foundation supports the veterinary work of the RedRover Relief domestic violence grant program, the RedRover Relief Urgent Care grant program, and the RedRover Responders Community Program initiatives.
Since 2015, Banfield Foundation has made preventive care possible for the pets that need it most. Together with nonprofit partners and support from their donors, they have granted more than $22 million to help vulnerable pets in under-resourced communities throughout the country access veterinary care, shelter, and disaster relief, including providing support for RedRover Responders’ Community Programs initiatives.
BISSELL Pet Foundation is a national animal welfare organization dedicated to ending pet homelessness. They support programs and initiatives that are focused on addressing the pet overpopulation crisis in our country, such as RedRover’s Coastal Cats Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Release (TNVR) program in Florida.
DomesticShelters.org and RedRover have formed a data-sharing partnership to raise awareness of the services available for domestic violence survivors. They have the largest database of domestic violence shelters and programs, making it faster and easier for domestic violence survivors, advocates, and others, to find services and information best suited to their location, language and needs, including pet-friendly programs.
dvm360® magazine is a veterinary publication that provides veterinary professionals with comprehensive resources and information to help enhance patient care and client services. RedRover and dvm360® have formed a content-sharing partnership to help raise awareness about our lifesaving programs within the veterinary community.
