Gargamel, a two-year-old American bulldog, is one of several dogs who were recently rescued from an unlicensed kennel in Placerville, California. Gargamel had been living in unsanitary conditions for several months. He weighed only 65 pounds, half the weight for a healthy dog his age.
Jennifer, his foster mom, reached out to RedRover when she learned that he and several other dogs from the kennel were in need of help. In addition to being severely underweight, Gargamel has a golf-ball-sized mass on his neck and tested positive for moderate heartworms.
RedRover needs your help to save Gargamel. Your donation will be put to work to give Gargamel the care he needs and deserves by funding the RedRover Relief program.
