Happy Ending: Liam

Liam has had a history of bladder and urinary tract issues most of his life. When his caregiver, Alicia, learned that he had blocked for the third time in a row, she was devastated. The doctor suggested a surgery that would prevent Liam from re-blocking in the future, but it would cost thousands of dollars. Looking for help to pay for the costly surgery, Alicia found RedRover and submitted an online application for a RedRover Relief grant. In addition to approving a grant, RedRover’s case manager offered emotional support and resources that allowed Alicia the means to afford Liam’s treatment. With Liam back home, Alicia had this to say, “We want to thank you and everyone at RedRover for all of your amazing assistance and support. I was a nervous and upset wreck when I reached out to RedRover and thanks to all of your help and RedRover’s generous assistance, I am so happy to say that Liam is doing well and we are looking forward to a very long future together!”
