RedRover Responders Workshop Interest List

Sign up to receive notifications about future in-person RedRover Responders Volunteer Training Workshops.

RedRover Responders volunteers shelter and care for animals displaced by natural disasters and other crises, such as criminal seizures and hoarding cases, in the United States and Canada.

To become a RedRover Responders volunteer, you must complete our training program, including attending a training workshop. We currently offer a self-paced online training workshop. If you'd like to wait until we resume in-person training, you can sign up to be notified when these events are scheduled. This will help us plan our workshop locations, and you will be notified if a location becomes available in your area.

Note: This workshop is designed to be an introduction to emergency sheltering and RedRover Responders policies and operating guidelines. Please be aware that the workshop DOES NOT include animal handling or rescue training. Opportunities for further specialized training may be discussed, though no further training beyond completion of both the RedRover Responders volunteer training workshop and online self-paced training is required to be a RedRover Responders volunteer.
