The RedRover Readers program helps children explore the human-animal bond through stories and discussion. Teachers train to implement the RedRover Readers curriculum with their students in classrooms, after-school programs, animal shelters and youth groups, etc. and read to children and lead discussions, helping children develop critical thinking skills and empathy. Teachers can train online and do not need to become RedRover Readers volunteers to use the RedRover Readers program in their own classrooms.
